五黄膏抗炎镇痛实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究五黄膏抗炎镇痛效果。方法:SD大鼠90只,随机分为足跖肿胀实验组、耳廓二甲苯致炎实验组、扭体实验组。各组再分别分为五黄膏组、模型组、太宁组,观察五黄膏抗炎镇痛效果。结果:大鼠足跖肿胀试验结果显示,五黄膏组及太宁组在15min、30min和2h均能显著抑制10%蛋清所致的足跖肿胀,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎试验结果显示五黄膏组对二甲苯所致大鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。扭体实验结果显示五黄膏组、太宁组与模型组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),有较好镇痛作用。结论:五黄膏具有良好抗炎镇痛作用。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Wuhuang ointment.Methods： A total of 90 SD rats were randomly divided into metatarsal swelling group,auricle inflammation induced by dimethylbenzene group,and writhing group.The 3 groups were further divided into Wuhuang ointment subgroup,model subgroup,and titanoreine subgroup.Results： In the metatarsal swelling group,Wuhuang ointment and titanoreine significantly inhibited the metatarsal swelling after induced by 10% egg white for 15 min,30 min,and 2 h as compared with the model subgroup（P〈0.01）.In the auricle inflammation induced by dimethlbenzene group,Wuhuang ointment obviously suppressed the swelling as compared with the model subgroup（P〈0.01）.In the writhing group,a significant difference was noted between the Wuhuang ointment subgroup and the model subgroup and between the titanoreine subgroup and the model subgroup（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Wuhuang ointment has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
