高校新校区学风建设的探索——以北京航空航天大学沙河校区为例

摘　　要：新校区作为高校学生学习、生活的主要场所,其学风建设的好坏直接关系着人才培养的质量及高校的长远发展。当前高校新校区的学风建设还存在学生学习热情不够、学习氛围不浓及迟到旷课现象严重等问题,应当加强校园文化、师资队伍、管理制度以及校园环境等方面的建设。As the main place of university students’ life and learning,the learning environment construction of new campus is directly related to the quality of talent cultivation and the long-term development of a university.At present,there are some problems in the construction of the learning environment in new campus,such as lack of the students’ learning enthusiasm and the study atmosphere,the serious late and absenteeism phenomenon.The construction of learning environment in new campus has to reinforce campus culture,teachers’ team,management regulations and campus environment.
