Survivin和VEGF在肾细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Suvrivin、VEGF蛋白在肾细胞癌发生和进展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法和蛋白印记法检测10例正常肾脏组织,32例肾癌组织中Survivni、VEGF蛋白的表达。结果 Survivin和VEGF在肾癌组织中的阳性表达率为53.1%和34.4,在正常肾组织中均不表达,其表达随肿瘤的临床分期、病理分级的增高而增强,两者表达水平间呈正相关关系(P=0.018)。RCC组织经Western-blot技术检测后均表现为包含有1条相对分子量约为16.5 kD及21 kD的特异性条带,而正常肾组织经Western-blot技术检测后呈低表达或不表达状态。结论肾癌组织中Survivin与VEGF的表达均上调,共同参与肾癌的发生和发展,联合检测肾癌组织Survivin和VEGF的表达对判定预后和指导治疗有一定意义。Objective To investigate the expression of survivin,VEGF and their clinical significance in renal cell carcinoma（RCC）.Methods The expression of Survivin and VEGF protein in the tissue of 32 cases of RCC and 10 cases of normal kidney was examined by Streptavidin-Peroxidase（SP） immunohistochemistry and Westeren blot.Results The positive expression rate of Survivin and VEGF in RCC tissue was respectively 53.1% and 34.4%,and there was no Survivin and VEGF protein expressed in the tissue of normal kidney.The expression of Suvrivin and VEGF were positively correlated in RCC（P = 0.018）.Conclusion Survivin and VEGF are over-expressed in gastric cancer tissues.The progression of gastric cancer is related to the up-regulation of expression of survivin and VEGF and the expression of survivin and VEGF has a close correlation.Combination of VEGF and survivin detection is helpful to evaluate the capability of the tumor invasion,metastasis in gastric cancer.They are indexes to know the biological behavior of gastric cancer and serve as fairly good markers for prognosis and therapy.
