中央与地方之冲突:国民政府初期对地方高校的整顿——以四川大学、山西大学校为中心的考察

摘　　要：在南京国民政府初期对高等院校的整顿过程中,中央政府与地方实力派之间的关系对整顿工作产生了明显影响。一般来讲,当中央与地方实力派处于对立状态时,地方高校的整顿工作难以顺利进行,而当中央与地方之间的关系较为融洽时,学校整顿工作则进展顺利。这表明影响当时高等院校整顿工作的因素是多方面的,中央与地方之冲突对整顿工作具有不可忽视的影响。During the process of reorganizing the higher education in the early period of National Government, the relationship between central government and local powerful fac- tion had an obvious impact on that reorganization. Generally speaking, when the central was hostile to the local power faction, the reorganization of the local colleges and universities couldn＇t be carried out smoothly, but when their relationship was harmonious, this reorgan- ization well done. It shows that there be many factors of the effects on the reorganizing the local colleges and universities, and the conflict between the central and local governments have a non-negligible effect on that reorganization work.
