摘　　要：建立清洁生产管理系统平台是为了更好的对清洁生产行政主管部门、清洁生产咨询机构、开展清洁生产的主体企业(组织)三者实现更加规范的、科学的、动态的、现代化的管理。以此为目的设计和实现了一个基于Asp.net MVC3框架的清洁生产管理系统平台。该系统分为清洁生产推进信息平台、重点企业清洁生产审核监督管理系统、行业自律管理系统三个子系统,均采用Asp.netMVC3框架实现。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、传输便捷的特点,达到了设计要求。Establishing a platform for cleaner production management system is to better manage cleaner production administrative departments, cleaner production advisory body and cleaner production enterprises （organizations）. This management is more standardized, scientific, dynamic and modern. For this purpose, we design and implement a cleaner production management system based on ASP.NET MVCS. The system is divided into information platform, promote clean production of key enterprises in cleaner production audit supervision and management system, industry self- discipline management system. The three systems all adopt the Asp.net MVC3 framework. The actual application shows that, this system has the characteristics of simple operation, transport convenient, satisfying the design requirements.
