对护士护理不良事件报告认知状况的调查

摘　　要：目的调查三级甲等综合医院护士对护理不良事件报告认知状况，探讨其影响因素，为改善护士的护理不良事件报告认知提供依据。方法采用自制一般资料问卷护理不良事件报告认知问卷对某省6所三级甲等医院的1866名护士进行调查。结果护士对护理不良事件报告的认知得分为（11．51±1．96）分，正确率为68．4％，问卷3个项目得分依降序为报告重要性、报告类别、报告流程。≤25，26～35，36～45，〉45岁护士不良事件报告认知总分分别为（11．45±1．88），（11．76±1．92），（11．67±2．10），（11．30±2．22）分，差异有统计学意义（F=3．709，P〈0．05）；不同学历、职务、职称、护龄科室的护士不良事件报告认知水平差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；多元回归分析显示，职务和学历是影响护士对不良事件报告认知的主要因素。结论护士对不良事件报告的认知呈中等水平，亟待加强，尤其要改善报告流程。护士的职务和学历影响其不良事件报告的认知水平。Objective To investigate nurses＇ cognition of nursing adverse events report in 3A-grade general hospitals, discuss its influencing factors and provide basis for improving their cognition. Methods Questionnaire of nurses＇ cognition of nursing adverse report was used to investigate 1866 nurses from 6 3A-grade general hospitals. Results The score of nurses＇ cognition of nursing adverse events report was （11.51± 1.96）, with the corrective rate of 68.4%. Three dimensions in the questionnaire in descending order were respectively the importance, category and process of reporting. Score of nurses under 25 years old was （ 11.45 ± 1.88 ）, of nurses between 26 and 35 was （ 11.76±1.92）, of nurses between 36 and 45 was （ 11.67±2. 10）, of nurses older than 45 was （11.30±2.22）, and differences were statistically significant （F = 3. 709, P 〈 0.05）. Nurses of different degrees, positions, tides, nursing years and departments had significantly different cognition of nursing adverse events report （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that title and degree were the main influencing factors of nursing adverse events report. Conclusions Nurses＇ cognition of adverse events report is at the middle level and should be enhanced, especially the reporting process. Nurses＇ title and degree are the main influencing factors of their nursing adverse events report.
