比较视域下多民族国家建设中的政党角色

摘　　要：在现代多民族国家的国家建设过程中,政党有着表达和整合的功能。功能发挥适度,则有利于国家建设。在那些成功的多民族国家,政党表现为两个特点:第一,对于政党自身而言,已开始逐渐对文化多样性的现实予以承认,并将之纳入政党纲领;执政党更是需要成为包容性的政党,以巩固其执政地位。第二,政党之间在多民族国家建设的路径和政策方面表现出更为合作的态度。In the process of the state-building of modern multination state,political parties develop functions of expression and integration.If this function is performed properly,this would contribute to state-building.Conversely,if the political parties over-express or integrate improper,this would not conducive to the unity and stability of the state.In those successful multination states,the political parties show two characteristics：first,the political party itself becomes to recognize the reality of cultural diversity,and bring it into its policy platforms,and moreover,the ruling party should be more inclusive so as to consolidate its ruling position;secondly,on aspects of path and policies of the multination state-building,political parties show a more cooperative attitude.
