社区医务人员心肺复苏技能反复培训效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索社区医务人员心肺复苏技能培训方法，使社区医务人员能熟练掌握心肺复苏技能。方法自2010年开始连续3年对本院所有社区医务人员进行每年为期3d的心肺复苏技能培训及考核，并对连续3年均参加过培训的147名社区医务人员的考核成绩进行比较。结果为便于比较及奖惩，我们把60分以下定为不及格、60～80分定为及格、80分以上定为合格、90分以上定为优秀。3年来培i）1I考核成绩逐年好转，合格率逐年升高，合格以上者由2010年的7．5％上升至2012年的68．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论心肺复苏技能是救命的关键技能，但平时工作中不常用到，社区医务人员通过反复培训才能更好掌握。Objective To explore the training methods of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills of community medical staff, so that the community medical staff were able to master the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods Since 2010 for three consecutive years an annual three-day cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills training and assessment in all community medical staff in our hospital was performed, and the test results of 147 community medical staff in training three consecutive years were com- pared. Results For comparison, rewards and discipline,below 60 points were set as failed,60 -80 points as the pass, more than 80 points as qualified, more than 90 points as excellent. Three years training and examination scores were improved year by year, the qualified rate increased year by year,qualified or more increased from 7.5% in 2010 to 68.7% in 2012 ,the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills were the key skills to life-saving, but they were not u- sually used in routine work. In order to better grasp the skills, community medical staff was needed to be repeated training.
