摘 要:目的研究纤维蛋白贴对破损脏器创面的止血作用,为新型医用材料的研发提供依据。方法选用大鼠、小型猪为研究对象,考察纤维蛋白贴对大鼠肝部份切除出血模型、小型猪肝脾出血模型出血量和出血时间的影响,同时考察纤维蛋白贴对大鼠出血模型凝血功能的影响和肝创面恢复情况。结果纤维蛋白贴各剂量组与模型组比较均能够明显减少大鼠、小型猪出血模型的出血量,缩短出血时间,但对大鼠凝血功能未见明显影响,且纤维蛋白贴可被机体逐渐降解、吸收,不会影响创面的恢复,还可有效的减少组织粘连。结论纤维蛋白贴对脏器破损导致的出血具有很好的止血作用,并可预防和减少组织粘连,具有很好的开发前景。Aim To investigate the hemostatic effect of Fibrin Patch on damaged organs, and provide basic data for the research of new homeostatic materials. Methods Rats and miniature pigs were selected as the bleeding models, the amount of bleeding and bleeding time on partial-resection were measured on the rats' liver bleeding model and miniature pigs' liver and spleen bleeding model. Meanwhile, the function of blood clotting and the recovery of the hepatic surface were also investigated on the rats' bleeding model. Results The amount of bleeding and the time of bleeding in both rat and miniature pig bleeding model were significantly reduced and shortened by each dose of Fibrin Patch, but the rats' function of blood clotting was not affected by the Fibrin Path. The results also showed that Fibrin Patch could be degradated and ab- sorbed gradually by the animal body, and the Fibrin Patch would not interfere the recovery of the wound, it also could reduce the tissue adhesion effectively. Conclusion Fibrin Patch has strong homeostatic effect and preventive effect of tissue adhesion on damaged organs. Our data suggest that it may have a good market prospects for future development.
