摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对上海市大学生对太极拳认知现状进行研究。研究结果:科学地划分了太极拳的认知体系,分析和讨论了上海市大学生对太极拳认知的基本情况,并对大学生能够科学的认识和实践太极拳提出了对策和建议。With the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,the paper does the study of the Taijiquan Cognitive Situation of Shanghai universities＇ Students.The research reflects that： Combing Taijiquan scientific cognitive system;Analysis and discussion of the basic situations of Taijiquan Cognitiion of Shanghai universities＇ students;puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in understanding and practice Taijiquan.
