摘 要:文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对民族传统体育项目纳入小学体育课程资源的可行性展开分析。研究结果表明:目前小学体育课程资源存在观念陈旧、教材内容老化、教学内容选择面窄、片面追求教学过程的正规化等弊端,严重束缚着学生身心的发展。把传统体育项目纳入小学体育课程资源,既能有效地调动学生学习的积极性,培养学生的"终身体育"理念;又能深化体育课程资源改革,为弘扬民族传统文化具有重要的现实意义。With the methods of literature,logical analysis and other methods,the study does the analysis of taking national traditional sports into the primary school physical education curriculum resources about the feasibility.The results show that current primary school physical education curriculum resources have the problems,such as old concept,out-dated teaching material,narrow teaching content choice,one-sided pursuit of teaching process,the drawbacks of the regularization,etc.,which severely fetter the growth of student body and mind.Introducing traditional sports into primary school physical education curriculum resources,can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of students learning,cultivate students "lifelong sports" concept;and can deepen the reform of the sports curriculum resources,and have important practical significanc to carry forward the traditional culture.
