摘  要:目的检测肺癌组织和癌旁组织中干细胞标志物Nanog基因的表达,并探讨其与临床病理参数的相关性。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)分别检测60例肺癌和60例癌旁组织中Nanog基因的表达。结果肺癌和癌旁组织中Nanog基因的表达阳性率分别为56.7%(34/60)、8.3%(5/60),二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肺癌组织中Nanog基因阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度相关,低、未分化组表达阳性率高于中、高分化组(P=0.011 2),但与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关。结论 Nanog基因在肺癌组织中高表达,其表达强度与肺癌分化程度相关,可作为诊断肺癌的一种新的分子标志物。Objective To detect the expression of stem cell biomarker Nanog gene in cancerous tissues and para-cancerous tissues in lung cancer and to evaluate its correlation with the clinical pathological parameters.Methods To detect the expression of Nanog gene in 60 samples of lung cancerous tissues and 60 samples of para-cancerous tissues by RT-PCR.Results The positive expression rate was 56.7%(34/60) in cancerous tissues and 8.3%(5/60) in para-cancerous tissues with statistical difference(P0.01);the positive expression of Nanog in lung cancerous tissues was correlated with the differentiation status of lung cancer,the positive expression rate of Nanog in poorly differentiated group and undifferentiated group was higher than that in the moderately and highly differentiated group(P=0.011 2),but there was no correlation with the age,sex and tumor size.Conclusion Nanog is high expression in lung cancer,its expression intensity is correlated with the cancer differentiation status,which may be used a new molecular marker for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
