甲状舌管囊肿24例CT表现分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状舌管囊肿的CT表现。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理检查证实的24例甲状舌管囊肿患者的CT资料,所有患者均行CT平扫,14例行CT增强扫描。结果 24例甲状舌管囊肿患者中,21例位于颈前正中,3例偏向一侧;9例与舌骨直接关联,13例与甲状腺直接关联,1例位于舌骨上方,1例位于舌骨和甲状腺之间。CT平扫囊肿均呈低密度,5例囊内见分隔、分房,4例囊壁可见等密度结节影突入囊内;14例增强扫描囊内均无强化,其中13例囊壁强化,2例囊内分隔、囊壁结节有强化。结论甲状舌骨囊肿的特定部位及CT表现具有特征性,可为临床提供明确诊断。Objective To study the CT findings of thyroglossal duct cyst.Methods 24 cases of thyroglossal duct cysts proved by surgical or pathological data were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were examined by CT plain scan and 14 cases were additionally examined by the enhanced scan.Results Among 24 cases of thyroglossal duct cyst,21 cases were located at midline of the neck and the other 3 cases deviated aside.9 cases were directly related to the hyoid bone and 13 cases were directly related to thyroid gland,1 case was in the upper of hyoid and the other 1 case was between hyoid and thyroid.In CT plain scan,the cysts appeared the low density,the septation or chamber within the cystic cavity were found in 5 cases,and 4 cases of equidensity nodules shadow at the cystic wall were charged into the cystic cavity;in 14 cases of enhanced scan,no enhancement was detected within the cysts,but the enhancement of the cystic wall was present in 13 cases（13/14） and the enhancement of the separations within cysts and the nodules at wall was present in 2 cases（2/14）.Conclusion The specific sites and the CT findings of thyroglossal duct cyst have the characteristics,which can provide the definite diagnosis for clinic.
