摘　　要：实现农村剩余劳动力的顺利转移,根本在于发展农村职业教育。要深化农村改革,完善农村经济体制,必须改善农村富余劳动力转移的就业环境,建立健全农村劳动力的培训机制,提高转移劳动者综合素质和就业能力。The key to the smooth transfer of surplus rural labor is to develope rural vocational education.In order to deepen rural reform and improve the rural economic system,the employment environment of surplus rural labor transfer must be improved;rural labor training mechanism must be established and improved;the comprehensive quality and employability of rural labor must be improved.
