新形势下高校学报的专业化发展

摘　　要：随着科学技术日新月异地发展和出版体制改革的不断深入,高校学报的办刊环境发生了很大变化,文中从我国高校学报办刊现状及存在的问题入手,提出了新形势下高校学报走专业化发展之路的必要性。通过分析研究有关文献资料,阐述了学报专业化的内涵及优势,并从转变管理和办刊理念,打破旧的办刊模式;发挥专业优势,突出办刊特色;培养专业化编辑人才队伍等方面,提出了一些对策建议,以促进高校学报专业化改革取得实质性进展。With the rapid development of science and technology and the gradual publishing reform,the environment of Chinese university journal has undergone great changes,from the current situation and existing problems of university journals in our country,this paper puts forward the necessity of the specialization of the university joumals.By analyzing the literatures,the specialization connotation and advantages of journals are expounded,in oder to make substantive progress of specialization reform,some suggestions are put forward from several aspects,such as the transformation of management concept and old journal models;professional advantages,journal characteristics;cultivation of a professional talent team,and so on.
