摘　　要：五四运动前后云南的新闻事业有了很大发展,具体表现为新闻媒体数量增多,新闻时效性增强,并形成了鲜明的报道特色。云南进步报刊在开启民智、除旧布新,指导昆明的群众运动等方面起到了积极作用,也为抗战时期云南新闻事业的繁荣奠定了基础。Yunnan＇s journalism around the May 4th Movement had got great development.The number of the news media increased, news timeliness is enhanced and it formed distinct characteristics of reports.Yunnan progressive newspapers and periodicals has played a positive role in enlightening masses and removing the old and building the new,guiding Kunming mass movement etc.,also laid a foundation for the prosperity of Yunnan news in the anti-Japanese War.
