论法学本科教育的现实矛盾与解决方案

摘　　要：高校法学本科教育一直具有"重理论轻实践"的错误倾向。法学本科教育的一系列现实矛盾问题主要包括:法学本科教育培养目标处于通才教育和专才教育之间的矛盾问题、法学本科教育的热门专业与冷门就业问题、法学课程设置的通识化与专业化之间的矛盾问题、法学本科教育的理论化倾向与实践化需求之间的矛盾问题。本文在归结矛盾问题的同时分析问题成因,并结合高校法学本科教育特点探索其行之有效的解决方案。Abstract There is a wrong tendency to our law undergraduate e- ducation in all kinds of colleges. The tendency is that our college teachers often pay more attention to the theory than the practice. This article aims at the existing realistic contradictions, which can be summed up as follows items. Firstly, the realistic contradiction is that the goals of the law undergraduate education vacillate be- tween the general education and specialized education. Secondly, the realistic contradiction is that the hottest specialty encounters the coldest employment rate. Thirdly, the realistic contradiction is that the law curriculum is neither belonged to the universal edu- cation nor the professional education. Fourthly, the realistic con- tradiction is that our law undergraduate education pays more at- tention to the theory than the practice. This paper is on the pur- pose of finding out the solutions for our law undergraduate edu- cation reformation.
