摘  要:目的探讨COX-2和HIF-1α在皮肤癌中的表达及与血管生成的关系。方法选择手术切除的皮肤鳞状细胞癌和基底细胞癌标本40例为研究材料,另因整形或美容而切下的正常皮肤30例作为对照。采用免疫组织化学的方法检测皮肤癌组织中和正常皮肤组织中COX-2和HIF-1α,并探讨其与肿瘤分化程度以及肿瘤血管生成之间的关系。结果 COX-2和HIF-1α在皮肤癌中的阳性表达率显著高于正常皮肤组织,而在SCC中的表达也显著高于BCC中的表达(P<0.01)。SCC中平均MVD值为43.1±6.3,BCC中MVD值为24.3±5.8,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COX-2和HIF-1α阳性表达的组织中MVD显著高于阴性表达的组织(P<0.01)。结论皮肤癌中COX-2和HIF-1α在鳞状细胞癌和基底细胞癌中均为高表达,且阳性表达的组织中微血管密度显著高于阴性表达的组织。Objective To discuss expression of COX-2 and HIF-1α in skin cancer and relationship of with angiogenesis.Methods A total of 40 cases with SCC and BCC were selected as study group,and 30 cases of normal skin tissue as control group.COX-2 and HIF-1α were detected by immunohistochemical method.Relationship with tumor differ entiation and angiogenesis were detected.Results Positive rate of COX-2 and HIF-1α in skin cancer tissues were higher than normal skin tissues,and in SCC were higher than BCC(P〈0.01).MVD of SCC was 43.1±6.3,BCC was 24.3±5.8,they had significant difference(P〈0.05).MVD in positive expression of COX-2 and HIF-1α were higher than negative expression(P〈0.01).Conclusion COX-2 and HIF-1α show high expression in SCC and BCC,and MVD in positive expression of COX-2 and HIF-1α is higher than negative expression.
