淋巴管生成因子、骨桥蛋白在大肠癌侵袭转移中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴管生成因子、骨桥蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测51例大肠癌、15例大肠增生性息肉、15例正常大肠黏膜组织的淋巴管生成因子-C(VEGF-C)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达。结果 VEGF-C、OPN在正常大肠黏膜组织中没有表达。大肠癌组织中VEGF-C的阳性表达率明显高于大肠腺瘤组织(P<0.05)。VEGF-C及OPN的表达与患者性别年龄、肿瘤部位大小无关(P>0.05),但与肿瘤生物学行为、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C和OPN在促进大肠癌浸润和肿瘤转移中起重要作用。Objective To explore the expression and their clinical significance of VEGF-C and osteopontin in colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of VEGF-C and osteopontin was detected by immumohistochmically in 51 cases colorectal cancer and 15 cases colorectal adenoma and 15 cases normal colorectal tissue. Results VEGF-C and OPN expression was not detected in normal colorectal tissues.Expression of VEGF-C in colorectal cancer were higher than that in colorectal adenoma（P＆lt; 0.05）.The expression of VEGF-C and OPN in was not associated with the sex,size of the tumor,position of the tumor of the patients （P＆gt;0.05）.It was associated with tumor’s Dukes grade,lymph node metasasis （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion VEGF-C and OPN may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
