摘 要:提出渐开线花键副齿向修形的分段抛物线函数,得到齿向修形渐开线花键副的几何模型.使用有限元方法对典型渐开线花键副进行微动摩擦接触分析,得到修形和未修形渐开线花键副的接触应力及相对滑移分布,并考虑修形位置和修形量对齿向修形渐开线花键副微动磨损参数的影响.研究结果表明:分段抛物线函数能满足渐开线花键副的齿向修形要求,修形曲线过渡平滑;齿向修形能有效地减少齿面端部接触应力和相对滑移的集中;典型模型下,修形位置集中在外花键端部和后半段时效果较好;端部修形量应根据模型合理选择,一般外花键后端的修形量相对前端较大.A piecewise parabolic function of involute spline couplings axial modification was presented,and the modified geometric model of involute spline couplings was built.Based on the finite element method,the fretting frictional contact property of typical involute spline couplings was analyzed,and the contact stress and relative slip distributions of modified and unmodified involute spline couplings were obtained,as well as the effects of modified position and modified quantity on contact characteristics of modified involute spline couplings were considered.The following conclusions can be drawn from the analysis results.The piecewise parabolic function meets the axial modification requirement of involute spline couplings,and the modification curve is smooth.Axial modification can effectively reduce phenomena of concentrated contact stress and relative slip for involute spline.Modified positions should be the ends and latter half of external spline in the typical model.Modification quantity of the ends should be a reasonable choice for the model,and modification quantity of the back is generally larger than that of the front.
