摘　　要：设计了基于uC/OS-Ⅱ_STC12C5A60S2单片机的多功能测周期系统。STC12C5A60S2单片机作为系统主控核心,其集成的PCA模块可工作在捕获模式,用于外部信号的测周期;LCD12864液晶显示器实时显示周期、频率以及波形;电路还包括数字测温电路和时钟电路。系统应用程序运行于uC/OS-Ⅱ之上,实现了微内核、实时测周期和测温等多任务功能。实际运行表明,多功能和测试精度都达到设计要求。A kind of the multifuntional cycle measurement system based on uC/OS-II_MCU is designed in this paper.It consists of STC12C5A60S2,as main control chip,with its built-in programmable counter array to test cycle,and display circuit to display information such as square wave,digital thermometer to output temperature data,clock chip to output time data.With the characteristics of microkernel,multi-tasking and real time,the application program is running based on uC/OS-II.The actual operation shows the system has achieved the design requirements.
