摘　　要：本文主要阐述病案室对于日常出院病历及外借病案,通过采取传统与现代模式相结合,应用多种方法催收归档,对临床科室出院病历、教学病案、科研病案等到期未归档病案进行有效的催收提醒功能,较好地完成病案催收工作,杜绝病案丢失。The medical record department collect daily medical records and loan medical records in a variety of ways combine the tradition pattern with the modern pattern. We using collection reminders function in collecting undocumented medical record such as clinical department medical records, teaching medical records, scientific research and medical records. We should complete medical record collection work well and put an end to medical record missing.
