摘　　要：目的了解目前各医院病案装订技术,为改进病案装订技术提供依据。方法于2009年8月至2010年2月,采用电话调查的方法对本市78家二级、三级医院的病案装订技术进行调查,调查的装订技术主要包括线绳装订、订书机装订、半自动装订机装订、全自动装订一体机等,然后就几种装订技术固定效果、装订速度、费用、对病案保管和使用的影响等进行比较。结果得到64家医院的调查资料。线绳装订占42%,订书机装订占23%,全自动装订机占13%。几种装订技术对病案使用的影响没有明显的区别;在装订速度上订书机装订最快,线绳装订最慢;固定效果以装订机最佳。结论几种装订技术均在使用,各有利弊,病案装订技术需要不断改进。Objective To understand the medical records bookbinding technology of hospitals in order to provide basis for improv- ing these technology. Methods It applied telephone survey to investigate 78 secondary, tertiary hospitals on medical record binding technical from August 2009 to February 2010, investigation of the binding technology mainly includes the cord bookbinding, stitching machine binding, semi-automatic binding machine, binding, automatic bookbinding machine, etc, having comparison analysis with several kinds of bookbinding technology on fixed effect, binding, speed, cost, medical record storage and use, etc. Results Getting the survey data of 64 hospitals. Cord binding accounted for 42%, stapler bound accounted for 23%, and automatic bookbinding ma- chine accounts for 13%. There is no significant difference among several binding technologys on influence of the medical records . The Fastest one is stapler bound on binding speed, the slowest one is wire binding; the best fixed effect is binding machine. Conclusion Several binding technologies are in use, each have advantages and disadvantages, medical records binding technology need to be improved.
