摘 要:目的探讨小量同质骨髓标本流式细胞术(FCM)浆细胞检测在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)诊疗过程中的应用价值。方法 20例MM标本行骨髓细胞形态学和FCM动态检测76例次,同时监测患者的血和尿M蛋白水平。结果 FCM检测浆细胞百分比和骨髓细胞形态学观察结果呈直线正相关(r=0.874,P<0.05)。FCM检测IgG型和IgA型各1例患者的异常浆细胞变化较检测M蛋白快(P<0.01);FCM检测骨髓瘤细胞比例变化较检测M蛋白快(P<0.01)。结论 FCM检测联合骨髓细胞形态学观察可进一步提高MM诊疗水平。Objective To explore the value of detecting homogenous bone marrow samples in small amounts with flow cytometry(FCM) in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple myeloma(MM). Methods Twenty MM samples were detected by both bone marrow cell morphology and FCM for 76 times. The protein M in blood and urine of MM patients was detected as well. Results The percentage of plasma cell detected by FCM was positively and linearly correlated to the results reported by morphological observation(r=0. 874, P〈0.05). With FCM, detecting the changes of abnormal plasma cells was quicker than detecting protein M in one case with IgG-type and one case with fgA type (P〈0. 01). Detecting the changes in the percentage of abnormal plasma cells was quicker than detecting protein M (P〈0. 01 ). Conclusion Combined use of FCM and bone marrow cell morphological observation can improve the diagnosis and treatment of MM.
