摘 要:目的:研究唾液污染后牙本质表面不同处理方法对牙本质粘结界面的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察。方法:10颗人无龋第三恒磨牙垂直于牙体长轴切除冠部釉质,暴露牙本质中层,随机分为5组,每组2颗牙齿。其中A组无唾液污染,B组经唾液污染后无处理,其余3组经唾液污染分别进行完全吹干(C组)、水冲洗(D组)、水冲洗后再酸蚀15s(E组),37℃水浴24h后进行界面及表面SEM观察。结果:D、E组均获得较明显的树脂突及混合层,B、C组树脂突渗透较少,并且B组出现微裂隙。结论:在牙本质修复过程中,唾液污染后,通过水冲洗,水冲洗后再酸蚀15s,均可获得较好的粘结性能。Objective: To observe dentin-adhesive bonding interface through different treatments after salivary contamination by scanning electron microscope(SEM).Methods: The enamel of occlusal surface of 10 third molars without caries extracted freshly was removed perpendicular to the long axis.The medial dentin was exposed to air.10 teeth were randomly divided into five groups,including the control group(A group:uncontaminated) and the other four groups(B group:salivary contamination,without treatment;C group:salivary contamination,completely dried;D group:salivary contamination,washed and E group:salivary contamination,washed,re-etching for 15s).Then,all specimens were placed into 37℃ distilled water.After 24 hours,the surface and interface of the samples were observed with SEM.Results: D,E groups obtain numerous resin tags and uniform hybrid layer,B,C group show less resin tags and microleakage is found in B group.Conclusion: The washed group and Re-ecthed groups are therefore suggested after salivary contamination.
