碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂治疗乳磨牙根尖周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂治疗乳磨牙根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:将门诊300例确诊为慢性根尖周炎患者的372颗乳磨牙随机分成2组:治疗组160例,192颗乳磨牙,采用碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂充填根管;对照组140例,180颗乳磨牙,采用氧化锌碘仿糊剂充填根管。充填半年～2年后对2组进行临床疗效评定。结果:治疗组有效率为97.7%,对照组有效率为89.5%,2组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂用于乳磨牙根尖周炎的根管充填,能很有效持久地杀灭存留在乳牙根部牙本质深层及根尖周的厌氧菌,防止再感染,对恒牙胚无损害。本法操作简便、疗程短、易充填,符合儿童心理和乳磨牙牙髓解剖生理特征。疗效优于氧化锌碘仿糊剂。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the iodoform-calcium hydroxide against the infected root canals or chronic peripical periodontitis of deciduous molar through root canal thempy.Methods： A total of 372 deciduous molars from 300 children who suffered from chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly allocated to treatment group（192 teeth,160 children） and control group（180 teeth,140 children）.The treatment group were obturated with the iodoform-calcium hydroxide in comparison with the control group by giving ZOE iodoform paste for clinical results after half a year or 2 years.Results： The follow-up after half a year or 2 years revealed that 97.7% cases were cured,but that was 89.5% in control group.After statistical processing and display,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion： Ornidazole-iodoform paste can be effective in treating chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous molars tooth.It can be very effective in killing persistent remain in the root dentin of deciduous molars teeth and periapical the anaerobic bacteria deep to prevent re-infection,no damage to the permanent tooth germ.The method is simple,short course of treatment,easy filling,consistent with children＇s psychological and physiological characteristics of deciduous molars teeth pulp anatomy.The therapeutic effect of Ca（OH）2 iodoform paste is perior to ZOE iodoform paste.
