显微镜下腭帆张肌及腭帆提肌重建整复先天性腭裂临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种具有良好腭咽闭合功能腭裂修复的方法。方法:对310例腭裂在显微镜下行手术修复,解剖错位的腭帆张肌及腭帆提肌,并对腭帆张肌及腭帆提肌重新定位恢复正常的生理位置,手术后对50例患者进行回访。结果:腭咽闭合好45例。结论:腭帆张肌,腭帆提肌重建术对于恢复正常腭帆提肌的解剖位置,充分发挥其生理功能,获得良好的发音,是一种值得推荐应用的功能性腭裂修复方法。Objective： To explore a functional palatoplasty resulting in velopharyngeal competence.Methods： 310 cases of cleft palate have been repaired with the operation microscope.Dislocation of the tensor veli palatini muscle and the levator veli palatini muscle have been dissected by revisiting anatomy of musculature of soft palate.50 patients were followed up.Results： Velopharyngeal closure is adequate in the 45 patients.Conclusion： Reconstruction of the tensor veli palatini muscle and the levator veli palatini muscle can restore normal anatomical structure and develop physiological function and obtain good pronunciation.It is a recommendable method for cleft palate repair.
