摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸过程中固定矫治器对龈沟液内具核梭杆菌变化的影响,分析其在正畸牙龈炎性反应发生发展中的作用。方法:收集济南市口腔医院正畸科就诊患者64例,分别于矫治前后不同时期采集龈沟液标本,采用16SrDNA PCR技术对具核梭杆菌进行检测,分析其与牙龈炎症性反应之间的关系。结果:矫治器戴入的不同时期具核梭杆菌的检出率有一定的变化,其与矫治过程中的牙龈炎性反应可能有一定的关系。结论:固定矫治器对龈沟液内具核梭杆菌的变化有一定的影响,具核梭杆菌与正畸治疗中牙龈炎性反应的发生发展密切相关,正畸医师应高度重视正畸治疗过程中的口腔卫生指导与监督。Ojective： To analysis the role of Fn in the development of gingivitis in orthodontics.Methods： 64 cases were collected from Department of Orthodontics patients in Jinan Stomatological Hospital and the crevicular fluids were respectively collected in different period before and after the orthodontic treatment.The 16SrDNA PCR technique was used to detect Fn to analysis the relationship between it and the gingiva inflammatory reaction.Results： The detection rate of Fn changed during different periods of fixed appliance therapy,it may have some relationship with the gingiva inflammatory during the fixed appliance therapy.Conclusion： Fixed appliance have effect on Fusobacterium nucleatum which is in the gingival crevicular fluid.Fn is closely related with gingiva inflammatory reaction of the orthodontic treatment as well as occurrence and development.Orthodontic physicians should pay more attention on the guidance and supervision of oral health before and in the course of orthodontics treatment.
