摘 要:近年来表观遗传学研究表明,大部分人类疾病均由表观遗传学异常与基因改变共同引起。表观遗传学调节主要包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和miRNA调控。表观遗传学已成为国际生物医学研究的热点。目前其研究重点包括表观遗传学对全基因组水平上发育、衰老、再生及肿瘤发生的影响,以及表观遗传学与复杂疾病发病的关联。很多眼病的发生是多种环境因素和基因相互作用的结果,研究表观遗传学机制介导环境因素对眼部多种基因的效应,以及对最终疾病发生的影响,可使我们进一步了解复杂眼病的发病机制及其新的治疗手段。本文将就表观遗传学的重要性,表观遗传学与眼科一些复杂病的关联作一简述。Growing evidences show that the pathogenesis of majority human diseases is influenced by the abnormalities of epigenetic and genetic mechanism. The major epigenetic factors such as DNA methylation, histone modifications, and microRNA (miRNA) interact with each other to regulate gene expression and determine cell phenotype. Epigenetics is emTently become a hot topic of biomedical research, which focus on how whole genome is regulated by epigeneties mechanism and its roles in life development, senescence, regeneration , tumorgenesis and the pathogenesis of complex disease. The occurrence of variety of eye diseases may be mediated through the interaction of environmental and genetic factors which in turn regulated by epigenetie mechanisms. Emphasizing the epigenetic research in eye may provide a new insight of the understanding of pathogenesis of complex eye disease and a novel approach of its treatment.
