摘　　要：目的探讨Toll样受体4(TLR4)和类表皮生长因子域7(EGFL7)在肾上腺皮质癌(ACC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取手术切除且具有完整临床资料的肾上腺皮质肿瘤石蜡封片标本48例,其中良性组20例,恶性组(ACC组)28例。采用免疫组化技术,检测并分析良、恶性肾上腺皮质肿瘤中TLR4和EGFL7的表达情况。结果 TLR4在ACC组中呈高表达状态(20/28,71.43%),在良性组中阳性表达率较低(5/20,25.00%),ACC组与良性组之间TLR4的表达有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);EGFL7在ACC组中的阳性表达率为64.29%(18/28),良性组中为20.00%(4/20),两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 TLR4和EGFL7在ACC中阳性表达率较高,可作为鉴別良、恶性肾上腺皮质肿瘤的分子标记物,有望为抗肿瘤靶向治疗在ACC中的应用提供相应的理论依据。Objective To investigate the expressions of Toil-like receptor 4 （TLR4） and epidermal growth factor-like do- main 7（EGFL7） in adrenal cortical carcinoma （ACC） and to discuss their clinical significance. Methods A total of 48 adrenal cortical neoplasm specimens removed from patients were examined by immunohistochemistry to detect the expressions of TLR4 and EGFL7. The patients were stratified into two groups according to the pathological results, including 20 in the benign group and 28 in the ACC group. Results The majority of ACC patients expressed high TLR4 71.43 % （20/28）, while the expression of TLR4 in the benign group was low 25.00 % （5/20）, with significant difference （P〈0.01） between the two groups. EGFL7 was over-expressed in the ACC group 64.29% （18/28） and under-expressed in the benign group 20.00o/00（4/20）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions which provide theoretical evidence for The high expressions of TLR4 and EGFL7 in ACC contribute to tumor angiogenesis, anti-angiogenesis regime of ACC.
