摘 要:结合交直流混合驱动的磁悬浮式微运动新思想,设计了1种新型的磁悬浮式微动工作台;针对磁悬浮式离心铸造机微动工作台的开环控制不稳定性,分别设计超前滞后控制器和PID控制器应用在工作台水平方向微运动控制中;利用Matlab软件对离心铸造机微动工作台进行仿真。仿真结果表明,PID控制器的离心铸造机性能明显优于超前滞后控制器离心铸造机的工作心能,说明PID控制策略适合该磁悬浮式离心铸造机微动工作台的运动控制。Combined with the new idea of magnetic suspension micromotion with AC/DC hybrid driving, a kind of new-type magnetic suspension micromotion workbench which can realize the wide-range micro-motion of casting machine with six degrees of freedom was designed. Aimed at the instability of open-loop control of the magnetic suspension micromotion workbench, the lead-lag controller and PID controller were used for the control of the magnetic suspension micromotion workbench, respectively. Then the Matlab software was used to simulate the control system of the workbench. The simulation results show that the performances of the workbench using the P1D controller is much better than those using the lead-lag controller. This illustrates that the PID control strategy is suitable for the micromotion controlling of the workbench for the centrifuge casting machine.
