106例角膜微切口基质透镜取出术并发症分析

摘　　要：目的飞秒激光辅助的角膜小切口基质透镜取出术是最新出现的微创角膜屈光手术,文中分析讨论其术中及术后出现的并发症及如何有效预防与处理。方法对106只眼行角膜微切口基质透镜取出术,回顾性分析可能出现的各类并发症。结果 106只眼均顺利完成手术,术后视力恢复好,无一例出现危及视力的严重并发症。结论飞秒激光辅助的微切口基质透镜取出术作为一种全新的手术技术,成功预防及处理各类并发症是术后获得良好视力的关键。Objective Femtosecond laser-assisted corneal small incision lenticular extraction （SMILE） is the latest minimal- ly invasive corneal refractive surgery. This article aims to investigate the intra- and post-operative complications of this surgical proce- dure and their prevention and treatment. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the complications in 55 cases （ 106 eyes） treated by femtosecond laser-assisted corneal SMILE. Results Operations were successfully accomplished in all the cases, and all achieved satisfactory visual acuity, with no serious complications. Conclusion Femtosecond laser-assisted corneal SMILE is a totally new technique. Effective prevention and management of its complications are the keys to the achievement of satisfactory visual acuity.
