摘 要:目的探讨在不同的中央角膜厚度(CCT)下OCULUSCorvisST角膜生物力学分析仪(OCS)与Goldmann压平眼压计(GAT)眼压(IOP)测量值的相关性,评价两者测量值的一致性及临床上两种眼压计测量值相互替换的可能性,为临床应用提供参考。方法非青光眼病例32例(64只眼)分别用OCS和GAT进行眼压测量,两种仪器的测量顺序随机。同时用OCS测量CCT。OCS与GAT眼压测量值的相关性采用配对f检验,Bland—Altman分析法评价两种仪器IOP测量值的一致性。结果在不同角膜厚度情况下,OCS与GAT的IOP测量值差异无统计学意义(CCT≤520μm,n=12,t=-0.15,P〉0.05;520μm〈CCT≤580μm,n=44,t=0.12,P〉0.05;CCT〉580μm,n=8,t=0.59,P〉0.05)。结论两种方法测量的眼压值差异无统计学意义,且具有较好的相关性,在临床上两种仪器测得的IOP值可以相互替换。Objective To investigate the correlation of intraocular pressure (lOP) obtained by OCULUS Corvis ST corneal biomechanics analyzer (OCS) and Goldmann planation tonometry (GAT) in non-glaucomatous for central corneal thickness (CCT) and to evaluate the agreement and the inter- changeablity of the IOP values obtained by the two instrument. Methods In a randomized order two or three consecutive IOP measurements were performed on 64 eyes of 32 non-glaucomatous sub- jects by one examiner using the two instruments. Furthermore, the CCT was obtained by OCULUS Corvis ST corneal analyzer. The matched t-test was determined to compare IOP readings between OCS and GAT. CCT and OCS/GAT IOP values. Bland-Altman analysis was applied to evaluate the agreement between the instruments. Results Mean IOP values obtained by both instruments were no significantly difference in different central corneal thickness (CCT≤520m, n =12, t =-0.15, P 〉 0.05; 520m〈CCT≤580m, n =44, t =0.12, P 〉0.05; CCT〉580 m, n =8, t =0.59, P 〉0.05). Con- clusions There are no significantly difference among the two instruments, and the correlation of them are high. They may replace each other in some kind of degree.
