摘　　要：目的观察人工鼻泪管经鼻腔逆行置管术的临床疗效。方法将93例慢性泪囊炎随机分为两组,观察组50例采用人工鼻泪管经鼻腔逆行置管术,对照组43例采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果术后随访3月,人工鼻泪管经鼻腔逆行置管术与泪囊鼻腔吻合术疗效差异无统计学意义,术后4 h和24 h VAS疼痛评分差异有统计学意义。结论人工鼻泪管经鼻腔逆行置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效满意,且术后疼痛轻。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of artificial lacrimal duct retrograde placement through the nasal cavity. Methods 93 patients with chronic dacryocysdtis were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group （50 patients） with artificial lacrimal duct retrograde placement through the nasal cavity and the control group （43 patients） using dacryocystorhinostomy. Results During a post-operative follow-up of 3 months, artificial lacrimal duct retrograde placement through the nasal cavity had the same effect as dacryocystorhinostomy did , but had statistically different VAS pain scores between 4 h and 24 h. Conclusion Artificial lacrimal duct retrograde placement through the nasal cavity for chronic dacryocystitis is good, and it is effective in relieving postoperative pain.
