摘　　要：目的评价Oculyzer眼前节分析系统的临床应用价值。方法对27例(27眼)原发性闭角型青光眼(临床前期)进行YAG激光周边虹膜切除术,术前及术后1周进行眼前节摄像机图像分析,分别测定手术前后眼前节相关参数。结果 Ocyluzer眼前节分析系统能清晰显示激光治疗前后眼前节的结构变化,手术后前房容积显著增加,周边前房深度及最小前房角显著增加,中央前房深度无明显变化。结论 Ocyluzer眼前节分析系统可对前房相关参数进行量化检查,是对激光周边虹膜切除术前后的前房参数评估的一种良好工具。Objective To evaluate the anterior segment parameters in early primary angle-closure glaucoma eyes before and after YAG laser periphery iridectomy（LPR） by using Oculyzer system. Methods Twenty seven eyes of twenty seven patients were recruited into this study. The images of the anterior segment of the eye were captured and the parameters were measured by the Oculyzer system pre-operatively and 1 week after laser treatment. Results The Ocu lyzer system clearly showed the structure and parameter changes of the anterior segment after LPR. Conclusion The changes of anterior chamber after LPR can be demonstrated by the Oculyzer qualitatively and quantitatively.
