摘　　要：目的探讨岛盖区胶质瘤手术方法及术后并发缺血性梗死。方法 11例经治岛盖胶质瘤的患者,术后立刻做MRI(包括DW)观察临床效果及副反应。结果其中3例患者,因术中血供中断,引起放射冠内下行运动路径的梗死灶意外扩大,可能造成长束功能的损害。结论岛盖胶质瘤切除术可能引起放射冠或轻或重的缺血性并发症。Objective Explore the resection of opercular gliomas surgical method associated with ischemic complications. Methods Immediate postoperative MR imaging that included DW imaging discl^sed infarct lesions in all of 11 patients treated for opercular gliomas,who were observed the curative effect. Results In 3 patients,disruption of lhe ldood supply during surgery produced unexpected exlension of the infarct lesions to Ihe descending motor pathway in lhe corcma radiata, which may have impaired long tract functions. Conclusion Resection of opercular glioma can cause mild or severe ischemic complications in the corona radiate.
