摘 要:传统战略理论认为,低成本和多样化两种战略是不相融的,而大规模定制的出现和应用创新了这一观点。文章首先介绍了竞争优势的相关理论,指出了其不足之处,简述了大规模定制战略,在此基础上分析了大规模定制"多快好省"的组合竞争优势。The traditional strategy theory considered that low-cost strategy and differentiation strategy is not compatible, but the appearance and application of the mass customization have changed this view. Firstly, this paper introduces the related theory of competitive advantage, points out the deficiency, and describes the mass customization strategy, and based on this, analyses the combined competitive advantage of mass customization: "various, fast, good, cheap".
