摘 要:目的了解临床产科护士核心能力培养的现状与需求。方法为制定产科护士在职规范化培训方案提供客观依据方法采用自行设计的调查表,对我医院的32名产科护士进行了调查。结果有53.13%的产科护士接受了在职培训;96.88%的产科护士认为非常有必要进行规范的在职培训;46.88%的产科护士认为在职培训以半脱产较为适合;69.27%以上的产科护士赞成每间隔6~12个月培训l次;90.63%的产科护士提出培训内容最好结合临床实际,围绕提高护士的核心能力设置培训内容。结论结合护理临床实际制定产科护士规范化在职培训方案势在必行,以通过培训达到提高其任职能力。Objective To investigate the clinical status of obstetric nurses' core ability and demand.Methods to provide objective for obstetric nurses on-the-job standardization training plan according to methods adopt the self-designed questionnaire,hospital to me 32 obstetric nurses were investigated.Results 53.10% of obstetric nurses received on-the-job training;98.51% of the obstetric nurses on-the-job training was very necessary to standardize;47.36% of obstetric nurses thinking on-the-job training bases was more suitable for;More than 69.27% of the obstetric nurses in favor of the training 6 ~ 12 months time intervals;86.47% of obstetric nurses put forward the training content best combined with clinical practice,around improving nurses' core ability to set the training content.Conclusions Combined with clinical nursing actual standardization obstetric nurses on-the-job training plan formulation is imperative,in order to pass the training to improve their ability.
