摘  要:利用以等色序条纹技术为核心的表面力仪 ,使 2个分子级光滑的圆柱状云母表面在一定载荷下接触 ,测量其接触区尺寸和接触表面的变形情况 .在两表面间使用不同介质以进行有粘着接触和无粘着接触 2种条件下的实验 ,并将测量结果与 Hertz理论 (无粘着接触 )和 JKR理论 (有粘着接触 )进行对比 .发现在无粘着接触条件下的试验结果与Hertz理论相吻合 ;而在有粘着接触条件下则测量到了 JKR理论所预言的“颈缩”A surface force apparatus (SFA) has been developed based on fringes of equal chromatic order (FECO) technique. The molecularly smooth surfaces of two cylindrically shaped micas are brought into contact under a controlled load, and the size of contact area and deformed shape measured. The contact between two solid surfaces can be either adhesive or non adhesive depending on the medium between the contact bodies. Thus different mediums have been used between the two contact surfaces in order to investigate the variations in the normal force with the feeding level under both adhesive and non adhesive contact. The tested results have been compared with that based on Hertz theory (applied to non adhesive contact) and Johnson Kendall Roberts theory (abridged as JKR, applied to adhesive contact). It has been found that the tested results under the adhesive condition agree well with the ones based on Hertz theory, while the so called “neck shrink” phenomenon predicted by JKR theory is observed under the non adhesive contact condition.
