摘　　要：目的:建立乳酸米力农注射液中乳酸鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:按2010版《中国药典》进行鉴别反应,用HPLC法对乳酸含量进行了检测。结果:乳酸鉴别试验中,两液层的接界面处出现一暗绿色环;含量测定中,乳酸在0.404 6～8.091 8mg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.61%(n=9)。结论:鉴别方法灵敏,含量方法准确、可靠,可用于控制该制剂的质量。To establish a method for the identification and determination of lactic acid in Milrinone injections.Method： Lactic acid was identified according to Chinese Phannacopoeia（2010 edition） and detected by HPLC.Result：There was a dark green ring on the interface between the two liquid sides in the test of identification.The linear range of lactic acid was 0.404 6-8.091 8 mg·ml^（-1）（r =0.999 6）,and the average recoven was 100.1%（RSD =0.61%,n =9）.Conclusion：The identification method is very sensitive;the content determination method is accurate and reliable,which can be used to control the quality of Milrinone injections.
