高校学生干部队伍建设的现状探析

摘　　要：高校学生干部是学生中的骨干和带头人,是学生各项活动的执行者和组织者,在学生思想政治教育、自身组织建设、校园文化、社会实践等方面起着重要作用。但是,学生干部队伍中也有一些常见的不足需要引起重视,主要体现在权力意识过重、功利意识至上、学习和工作关系的错位等。因此,学生干部队伍的建设应通过严格选拔人才、丰富后期培训、完善评价制度等多个环节的把关培养出一支优秀的学生干部队伍,全面提升高校教学与管理的质量。The student cadre is the mainstay and foregoer of students in university, and the performer and organizer of the student activities. They play a crucial role in ideological and political education, organizational construction, campus culture and social practice. However, we should pay attention on the problems existed now in the student cadre characterized by consciousness of right, utilitarian consciousness, and the mal-position of study and social practice. Therefore, more measures should be conducted to develop an excellent team of student cadre including talents selection, late training and evaluation system, which will benefit the improving of teaching and administration quality.
