摘　　要：我国工程硕士教育的快速发展已暴露出内涵建设的不足,出现了偏离工程硕士培养目标的现象,也产生了对其不利的消极观念。为了促进工程硕士教育的持续、快速、健康发展,有必要正培养目标之本、清消极观念之源。在此基础上,高校应完善教育流程以提高培养质量,企业须明确主体意识以承担应尽职责,政府则要摆正服务者的位置以搭建各主体沟通、协调的平台。Despite its rapid development in China in recent years, Master-of-Engineering education has shown obvious shortcomings. To promote its healthy and sustainable development, it is high time to further define its aims and eliminate a negative mentality. Universities and colleges should offer high quality training, enterprises should fully undertake their social responsibilities, and the governments should provide good service and collaboration to jointly innovate our Master-of- Engineering education.
