放射性^(125)I粒子组织间植入预防涎腺恶性肿瘤术后复发初探

摘　　要：目的探讨应用放射性125I粒子组织间植入预防涎腺恶性肿瘤复发的初步疗效。方法 24例涎腺恶性肿瘤经手术完整切除,术后利用放射性125I粒子组织间植入预防复发,其中14例为腮腺,7例为下颌下腺,2例为舌下腺,1例为磨牙后区小涎腺。结果随访5～72个月,22例患者局部未复发,未发生远处转移;2例患者局部无复发,但出现区域转移和肺部转移。结论放射性125I粒子组织内植入能有效控制涎腺恶性肿瘤术后的局部复发率,但对于高度恶性涎腺肿瘤,仍有发生局域及远处转移的可能,需要结合术后化疗。Objective To investigate the recurrence rate of radioactive 125-iodine seed implant brachytherapy of the salivary malignancy that have been operated.Methods Twenty-four patients with postoperative salivary malignancy were treated by radioactive 125-iodine seed implanting.Fourteen patients were malignant parotid gland tumors.Seven were submandibular gland.Two were sublingual gland.The other one was small salivary malignancy.Results All the patients were followed up for 5-72 months.Twenty-two patients of the group were found the recurrence on operating field and distant metastasis.Two patients were found regional metastasis and pulmonary metastasis.Conclusion The radioactive 125-iodine seed implant brachytherapy of postoperative salivary malignancy is very effective to control the local recurrence rate.But there are some of them have the possibility occurring regional metastasis or distant metastasis.
