摘　　要：目的探讨心理行为干预对初治涂阳肺结核患者情绪的影响。方法选择60例初治涂阳肺结核患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组采用心理行为干预,对照组采用常规护理方法,干预前、后分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对其进行心理状态评定,观察患者住院1周后情绪的变化,并对干预效果进行分析。结果干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分均比较高,干预后对照组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=1.9、1.5,P<0.05),观察组患者SAS、SDS评分较干预前更低,与对照组干预后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.5、9.2,P<0.01)。结论对初治涂阳肺结核患者进行心理行为干预能消除其不良情绪,具有较好的可行性和有效性。Objective To explore the influence of psychological behavior intervention on the mood in the patients with initial smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 60 cases of initial smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups ：the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the psychological behavior intervention and the control group was given the routine nursing method.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and the Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） were adopted before and after intervention to evaluate the mental status in the two groups.The changes in mood after 1-week hospitalization were observed,and the intervention effects were analyzed.Results The SAS and SDS scores in the two groups before intervention were relatively high.The SAS and SDS scores in control group after intervention were both lower than those before intervention,showing statistieally significant difference（t=1.9 vs.1.5,P0.05）;the SAS and SDS scores in observation group after intervention were much lower than those before intervention,and the difference comparing with the control group after intervention had statistical significance（t=7.5 vs.9.2,P0.01）.Conclusion The psychological behavior intervention on the patients with initial smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis can eliminate their unhealthy mood with good feasibility and validity.
