摘 要:目的:构建一套适用于北京市三级甲等医院住院病房护士绩效考核的指标体系,从而为护士绩效考核提供科学依据。方法:运用平衡计分卡的指导思想,采用德尔菲专家咨询法,选取北京市3所三级甲等医院的临床护理管理者共计16名,进行两轮专家函询,对三级甲等医院的住院病房护士绩效考核指标进行筛选。结果:两轮问卷的有效回收率均为100%;该绩效指标体系分三级,一级指标有4个,二级指标有9个,三级指标有30个。结论:本次研究的专家权威度高,制定的绩效考核指标具有较高的可靠性,可为北京市三级甲等医院住院病房护士绩效考核提供参考。Objective: To develop ward nurses' performance evaluation index system for three-level, grade A hospitals in Beijing and which can be used as theoretical reference for the nurses' performance evaluation. Methods: Balanced score card, key performance indicators and Delphi expert consultation method were comprehensively used; sixteen clinical nursing managers from 3 three-level, grade A hospitals were consulted two-round to screen performance evaluation indexes. Results: Effective response rate of two-round questionnaires were 100%. The performance index system had 3 levels with four indexes in level 1, nine in level 2 and thirty in level 3. Conclusion: The reliability of the performance evaluation index system was high, which can act as a theoretical reference for ward nurse' performance evaluation in three-level grade A hospitals in Beijing.
