摘　　要：相比传统电信运营商企业,广电运营商企业是近几年出现的新兴企业,在业务和技术上有自己的特点。在总结国内外运营商企业的信息化规划研究现状和发展趋势的基础上,结合广电行业特点和三网融合背景带来的业务变化,对广电运营商企业信息化规划提供新思路,为其企业信息化建设提供借鉴。Compared with the traditional telecom operators enterprise,cable operators enterprises emerged in recent years,their business and technology has its own characteristics.By reviewed and summarized the research status and development trend of enterprise informatization planning both domestic and international,combining with the characteristics of broadcasting and TV industry,the triple play background of business changes.The new ideas for cable operators in enterprise informatization planning are provided the reference,for their enterprise informatization construction is also provided.
