摘　　要：本文选择当代最新外国语言学研究成果Fillmore和Kay的构式语法与Hopper的浮现语法理论进行综述，将其观点萃取、提炼和概述，第二部分对于两种语法观点进行异同比较，第三部分提出两种语法观对语言学界及形式主义与功能主义两大领域所做出的贡献及其不足之处，并对其未来发展进行展望。Charles. J. Fillmore and Paul Kay are profoundly influenced by Chomsky and formalism but they have their own new research areas and different views, which include the Construcfion Grammar. Paul Hopper is an extreme functionalist; meanwhile his emergent grammar draws much attention. This article summarizes these two theories, makes comparison and contrasts of them and finally evaluates their contribution and shortage for the linguistic research.
