水泡状胎块中EGFR和C-erbB-2的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究EGFR和C-erbB-2在水泡状胎块(包括完全性和部分性水泡状胎块,CHM和PHM)中的表达情况,探讨其在水泡状胎块诊断及预后中的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测EGFR和C-erbB-2在12例正常早孕流产绒毛、24例PHM及33例CHM中的表达。结果 EGFR在正常组、PHM组及CHM组中的阳性表达分别为25.00%、50.00%和81.82%;C-erbB-2在正常组、PHM组及CHM组中的阳性表达分别为0.00%、50.00%和72.73%;EGFR和C-erbB-2在CHM中的表达均明显高于正常组(P<0.05),而在PHM组与正常组及CHM与PHM组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论检测水泡状胎块中EGFR和C-erbB-2蛋白的表达有助于HM的诊断及监测预后。Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of EGFR and C-erbB-2 in hydatidiform mole, including of complete hydatidiform mole（CHM） and partial hydatidiform mole（PHM）. Methods The expression of EGFR and C-erbB-2 were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 12 cases of normal chorionic villi ,24 eases of PHM and 33 eases of CHM. Results The positive expression of EGFR was25.00%, 50.00%and 81.82%, respectively. The positive expression of C-erbB-2 was 0.00%, 50.00%and 72.73%, respectively. The rate of EGFR and C-erbB-2 expression was significantly higher than the normal cases（P〈0.05）,but the difference of PHM and CHM did not reach significance（P〉0.05）.Conelusion The detection of EGFR and C-erbB-2 protein expression in hydatidiform mole is helpful to a better understanding of the biological behavior of hydatidiform mole with diagnosis prognostic evaluation.
