摘  要:目的探讨超声光散射成像与全数字化乳腺摄影在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法本次临床研究选择我院2010年1月至2012年1月之间收治的60例疑似乳腺肿瘤患者为观察对象,所有患者均同时接受全数字化乳腺摄影和超声光散射成像检查,对比分析两种检查结果。结果所有60例患者共检出肿块62个,手术病理检查证实,22个为恶性肿块,40个为良性肿块,全数字化乳腺摄影检查特意度为70.0%,敏感度为81.8%,准确率为74.2%;超声光散射成像检查特意度为80.0%,敏感度为77.3%,准确率为79.0%,两种方法检查结果对比不具有明显的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论由本次临床研究结果可知,超声光散射成像与全数字化乳腺摄影均可作为乳腺肿瘤临床检查方法,两种检查方法能够相互补充,进而提高临床检查的准确性。Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound scattering imaging and full-field digital mammography in the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods The clinical study of 60 cases of suspected breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 between January as the object of observation, all patients were also receiving full-field digital mammography and ultrasound scattering imaging examination, analysis of two kinds of examination results. Results All the 60 patients with 62 masses were detected, operation and pathology, 22 were malignant tumors, 40 were benign, full digital mammography has degree is 70%, the sensitivity was 81.8%, the accuracy rate was 74.2%; ultrasonic scattering imaging has degree is 80%, the sensitivity was 77.3%, the accuracy rate 79%, two methods were compared with no statistically significant differences (P〉0.05). Conclusion The clinical study results, the ultrasonic scattering imaging and full-field digital mammography can be used as a clinical examination of breast tumor, two examination methods can complement each other, so as to improve the accuracy of clinical examination.
