摘 要:对远程灭火弹进行了结构设计。为了测量灭火弹爆炸抛撒灭火剂的灭火效果,对灭火过程的红外图像进行增强处理,先量化图像的区域复杂度以及单元区域上下相邻区域的灰度差异,采用Canny算子提取爆炸抛撒灭火剂及火场的轮廓边界,突出爆炸场与火场特征,对爆炸场和火场区域面积进行计算,评估出不同结构灭火弹灭火效果的优劣。经实验测定灭火弹比药量在1.5%,长径比为3.3时,灭火剂的弥散均匀,能够有较好的灭火效果。对于扑灭同样火灾,超细干粉灭火剂使用量可节省20%。Structural design for long range fire extinguishing bombs was carried out measure the effectiveness of agent dispersion using bomb method, the infrared images in this paper. In order to obtained of bomb explosion were enhanced. The image complexity and the gray scale difference between neighbouring zones quantified. By employing Canny operator, the boundaries of the scattered agent and fire zone were defined. With the characteris- tics of explosion field and fire, the areas of explosion field and fire could be calculated to evaluate the effectiveness of different fire bombs. The experiment shows that the best fire fighting results can be achieved if the ration of explosion power to fire agent was around 1.5%, and the ratio of bomb height to diameter is 3.3, when the agent can be spread evenly. For fires of similar scale, up to 20% of extinguishing agent can be saved with this method using super- fine dry powder agent.
